Questions
Frequently asked.
We need at least 14 days to lock in your date and get logistics squared away. Most parties book 3–6 weeks out. If you're closer than 14 days, email us — we'll see what we can do.
You bring the playlist. Plug a phone, laptop, or DJ rig into our transmitters with a standard 3.5mm aux cable. You can run one channel or all three at once — totally up to you.
Pickup is available to anyone in Alabama from our Birmingham location. Delivery is $50 flat within 30 miles — Birmingham, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Pelham, Alabaster, Trussville, and surrounding areas. Outside that radius, pickup is still on the table.
Pickup is at 701 37th Street S in Birmingham. You'll get the pickup window and full instructions in your confirmation email. Most folks grab them the day before their party.
About ten hours on a full charge — we deliver them fully charged. For events that run longer, we coordinate a battery refresh during a break.
We always send extra headsets above your booked count, so swapping a unit takes seconds. Transmitter issues are very rare, but we're reachable by phone the entire night.
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll move you to another available date at no extra charge — just give us at least 14 days notice.
Yes. Our equipment works great outdoors. We recommend covered staging for the transmitter and we'll talk through site-specific stuff during booking.
